THE DETAILS
HOW: To address the need for a versatile meeting place for businesses and professionals from all industry sectors, our event will connect educated professionals from diverse backgrounds and identities, establishing a first-of-its-kind event in Rhode Island. By associating your brand with education and underserved communities, you will not only contribute to a positive marketing image but also foster a sense of social responsibility. WHERE: Rhode Island Convention Center on Sunday, April 7, 2024. To show our appreciation for your support, we have organized a Pre-party and “Afta-party” exclusively for our VIP guests and loyal sponsors, beginning at 3PM EST. The main event will commence promptly at 4:15PM EST, with general admission opening at 4PM EST.
DRESS CODE
The dress code for our extravaganza is semi-formal to formal attire. Please note that jeans are not allowed. In terms of theme colors, we kindly request everyone to wear either gold, black, or red. You can choose to wear these colors individually or in combination. These colors will add a touch of elegance and uniformity to the overall ambiance of our event. It is important for all attendees to adhere to this dress code to maintain a consistent and professional atmosphere. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated. TOURISM AND LOGISTICS
In 2022, we successfully organized Rhode Island's first-ever Boss Level Experience at The Waterfire Arts Center. This sold-out event connected 300+ entrepreneurs, TikTok performers, influencers, politicians, YouTubers, podcasters, and leaders, with 30% of our guests traveling from out-of-state. Notably, 81% of our guests were managerial or professional individuals, 71% held a college degree or higher, and 39% were first-time homeowners. Additionally, 92% of our attendees were aged 35 or above, with an average age of 56. Lastly, we are thrilled to highlight that 62% of our guests were female. By 2025, our messaging will generate over 5.4 million digital impressions.
